Dr. Sonja Hellman
As the Clinical Director of The Solution Space, I oversee our team of pre-licensed therapists. Pre-licensed therapists have completed their Master’s degree in counseling or social work and are working toward full licensure by gaining supervised clinical experience. They are qualified to provide therapy while under supervision of a licensed professional like myself.

Sarah Clark
I work with individuals and Couples. My main modalities are Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Gestalt, Jungian, Relational Life Therapy (RLT). I use a holistic approach to help clients reform a relationship with all parts of themselves by working with the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

My main modalities are Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Gestalt, Jungian, Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Many people come to therapy feeling torn because parts of their lives are going fine, and other parts feel miserable. I use a holistic approach to help clients reform a relationship with all parts of themselves by working with the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents (ages 3+), with expertise in transitions, anxiety, depression, anger/oppositional behaviors, self-esteem, ADHD, attachment, and trauma. My approach draws from Synergetic Play Therapy, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based, and nature-based modalities.

Swechhya has experience working with adults, teens, and adolescents and offers a compassionate and inclusive approach to therapy. Their therapeutic approach includes a contemplative and multicultural lens, centering trauma-informed somatic work, mindfulness-based techniques, and mind-body centered approaches to support overall well-being.

She works with individuals, couples, and adolescents using evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other modalities to address mood, personality, and substance use disorders.
