My Approach
Talk therapy alone doesn’t always calm your nervous system—you can understand your anxiety but still feel your heart racing. I use a whole-person approach combining traditional therapy with somatic techniques and Internal Family Systems (parts work) to help you feel genuinely calmer. You’ll gain practical tools to regulate your nervous system in any setting, and I involve family when helpful. My focus is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, so you can reclaim confidence and ease in your body and relationships.
