My Approach
Many people come to therapy feeling torn because parts of their lives are going fine, and other parts feel miserable. They find themselves ignoring the difficult parts (such as anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, or relationship issues) in the hope that the positive aspects of their life will carry them through—until they don’t.I use a holistic approach to help clients reform a relationship with all parts of themselves by working with the body, mind, heart, and spirit. For couples, I guide them in navigating conflicts and becoming experts at making repairs so they feel heard and connected.— Sarah Clark
“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
~ Carl Jung
