My Approach
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, depression, or difficult life transitions. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward, even though you’ve been doing your best.
As an EMDR-trained, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapist, I believe healing begins when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, parts-informed work, and strength-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and reconnect with your strengths. My goal is to help you build lasting change so you can move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
