I work with people who may have spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or like they are somehow “too much” or “not enough.” That can include queer and transgender clients, neurodivergent people, women diagnosed with autism later in life, and people whose past experiences continue to shape how they move through the world.
Therapy can be a place to understand what is happening, build skills that actually fit you, and practice new ways of responding.

My Approach
From my background in theater, I think about therapy as rehearsal for life.
A rehearsal is a place where you can try something different before you have to do it when the stakes feel high. You can practice saying what you mean, setting a boundary, noticing what happens in your body, tolerating an uncomfortable feeling, or responding differently to a familiar situation.
Therapy can work the same way.
I want our work to feel collaborative, genuine, and useful. We may talk, practice skills, use grounding or body awareness, bring in creativity or play, or look closely at the systems and experiences that have shaped you.
— Mars Katz
“There isn’t one right way to do therapy. I’ll adapt what we do based on who you are, what you need, and what helps you feel more capable of living the life you want outside the therapy room.”
Understanding Your Neurodivergence
You Don't Have to Carry It Alone
Maybe you’ve spent years feeling different, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to fit in. Discovering you’re autistic as an adult can bring relief, confusion, and a new understanding of yourself. Together, we’ll explore what this discovery means for you and find ways to navigate life that work with who you are, rather than against it.
